These Terms and Conditions govern your use of guaranteedappts.com and any appointment-setting services provided by Guaranteed Appointments, LLC ("Guaranteed Appointments," "we," "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
Our services
We identify homeowners who may be interested in selling and schedule appointments between those homeowners and participating real estate professionals. Specific deliverables, pricing, territory, appointment standards and guarantee terms are set out in the written agreement you sign with us, which controls if it conflicts with this page.
Territory exclusivity
Where your agreement grants a zip code territory, we will not set appointments in that territory for another agent while your agreement is active and in good standing.
Satisfaction guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to appointments that do not meet the standard defined in your agreement. Remedies, such as a replacement appointment or credit, are described in that agreement.
No guarantee of results
We guarantee appointments as described in your agreement, not the outcome of them. We do not guarantee that any homeowner will list, sell or sign with you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding any licenses required to practice real estate in your market and for complying with all applicable laws, including fair housing and telemarketing laws, in your dealings with homeowners.
Website use

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guaranteed Appointments is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
